WHAT IS AN ASSIGNMENT OF BENEFITS?

As the assignment of benefits is a legal document assigning or transferring certain rights from an individual to an individual, and individuals to a corporation or corporation to corporation or corp. to individual. An insurance AOB places the assignee in the shoes of the assignor and places the same rights and responsibilities on the assignee as the original assignor.

CAN YOU FILE A P.I.P. CLAIM WITHOUT AN A.O.B?

IS THE AOB VALID FOR ONLY AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME?
